So things were rough with my previous employers. I suppose they're still my current employers, but not for much longer!

Having handed in my resignation and then being dragged neck deep into an investigation against me, being suspended from work and having nothing better to do except sitting at home and worring... I ended up just deciding not to worry about anything and let it all play out.

The investigation was extended, and I put in a grievance against one of my bosses. I had a meeting with one of the head honcho's today. The HR departments directors director They heard my grievance case, we discussed the issues and then it was concluded that instead of continuing the investigation, it leading to a disciplinary action and me potentially losing my job, they'd drop the whole thing provided that I don't take my case any futher Wise decision me thinks

So here I am! I'm not losing my job. I'm not going to have this shit on my record. It'll show that I've left on my own accord And in the time being I'm still suspended from work on full pay until the 20th, which would have been my last day anyway

So folks, Bini took on a big corporation and got her way They think it's a win-win situation, but they've lost more than they've gained. And me? I get to walk away from a company who treats its employees like crap. I get to leave with my head held high, and not have to worry about anything on my record.

Oh... And guess what? I got that job I had my 2nd interview on monday afternoon, and was offered the job on tuesday morning. So all is well that ends well...

I really wanted this job, and now I have it. It pays much more, has loads of cool benefits and the company seems to be of a good nature. I'll start on the 8th of September, and I'll be working within marketing for one of the UK's biggest bar and restaurant groups
